Returns & Shipping
Our Products are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. Unless otherwise provided in writing for a specific purchase, Kidzmax offers no returns or exchanges on any of the Products it sells.
Please note that, if an exception is made, we will only offer a refund for items if the Products are significantly different from their descriptions (color and gender are specifically excluded), if they are returned to Kidzmax on a timely basis (72 hours), and if they are in the exact same condition in which they were purchased If you do not meet all these requirements, your returned item will be forfeited.
Kidzmax guarantees the following:
a. We do not use stock photos. All pictures were taken by one of our professionals in one of our facilities.
b. All Products are inspected and checked for quality.
c. Products sold are never counterfeit. All labels and packagings are originals and authentics.
In the event that Products are significantly different from their descriptions (color and gender are specifically excluded), you must contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt of the Product, and provide us with pictures of the errors and/or discrepancies. We'll then honor our guarantee and refund the price of the item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some Products, and some Products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping outside the US requires an additional $100 shipping cost.
We expressly state that the risk of loss and liability for the Products shall pass to you upon product shipment. You shall have no right to refuse or return the Products after Kidzmax has accepted your payment. If you fail to accept the delivery of such Products and/or they are returned to us, Kidzmax may re-initiate a new shipment at your sole risk and expense, and/or bill you for any and all shipping and transportation costs, common carrier fees and surcharges, and restocking fees. In such cases you agree to pay all applicable fees and expenses. No refunds will be issued for orders refused at delivery or for failure to schedule delivery with a common carrier.
